1. Order Placement:

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Please ensure that your name, address, and contact number are entered correctly during checkout.

2. Payment Policy:

We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Orders will be processed only after successful payment (except COD).

3. Order Processing Time:

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delays may occur during festivals or high-demand periods. You will be informed in such cases.

4. Shipping & Delivery:

We deliver across India.

Delivery time depends on your location and generally takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping charges may apply based on your pin code and order weight.

5. Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Return & Refund Policy:

Returns are not applicable on food or handmade items unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

In case of any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Our team will review the case and offer a refund or replacement accordingly.
